Hearing the Voice of God

In a world filled with countless voices and opinions, hearing God may seem unrealistic or even impossible. However, this is a core principle of our movement. We believe that every person must develop the ability to hear God's voice because everything begins there. That’s why this topic is an essential part of our training schools—taking time to listen to God transforms our lives completely.
The Bible is full of references and events where God spoke to His people and to individuals. One of my favorite books is Genesis, the first book of the Bible. From its very first verses, we can learn something powerful:
"In the beginning..." (Genesis 1:1).
This phrase alone sets us in the right perspective: before the world was created, God already existed. And when He began creating, He did so through His word. God speaks!
Everything we start in life must originate from God. If we want to be sure we are on the right path, we must remember this principle: everything begins with God. Just as Genesis teaches:
"In the beginning… God created."
This passage reveals three key truths—an undeniable before and after when hearing God's voice. When His voice is absent, three conditions prevail:
Disorder
Emptiness
Darkness
But when God speaks, the first thing He brings is light. His voice illuminates and separates the light from the darkness (Genesis 1:3-5).
Now, let me ask you"

What aspects of your life are still mixed between light and darkness?
When God speaks, He has the authority to shine light into even the most hidden corners of our being. He teaches us a crucial truth: you cannot begin to create in darkness—you need light to move forward.
